Rivista HABITAT aims to deepen important and current topics in terms of the environment, woods and agriculture.
 

Rivista HABITAT boasts numerous and qualified collaborators, the various columnists come from many Italian regions, they represent and describe different production and environmental situations. All collaborators are professionals in their field, in the sense that the topics they write about represent the object of their profession.
 

Rivista HABITAT aims to deal with issues related to the environment and production with a multidisciplinary approach, to spread more knowledge about the environment in general, to open up to new professionals (agronomists, geologists, naturalists, biologists write in the magazine). In this sense, Rivista HABITAT wants to make its contribution, speaking and informing about agriculture and the environment in its own right. The approach is the logical deductive one, to be able to investigate issues concerning living organisms, inserted in multifactorial and multidisciplinary contexts such as natural, agricultural and urban ecosystems.

To begin, the in-depth topics concern the protection and multifunctionality of woods, pruning of plants in urban areas, red porphyry, climate mitigation, agriculture and carbon stock, the main characteristics of the seahorse (an organism in regression in the Mediterranean Sea).
 

Rivista HABITAT was founded by Luciano Riva, owner of one environmental study based in Varese.
